Early Spring (February - April)
Weed Prevention
- Scotts Turf Builder Weed Prevent Corn Gluten Meal Herbicide:
- Dandelion and large crabgrass inhibition.
- Large crabgrass seeds germinate when soil reaches 12.8°C.
- Apply to established perennial ryegrass and Kentucky bluegrass turf in early spring two weeks before large crabgrass seed germination.
Fertilizer
- Scotts Turf Builder Lawn Fertilizer 30-0-3
- Scotts Turf Builder PRO Lawn Fertilizer 32-0-4
- Apply in any growing season to any grass type, including newly seeded and sodded areas.
- Can be applied to wet or dry lawns
- Apply 4 annual feedings. Alow six to eight weeks between feedings.
- This product is recommended for use as part of a complete lawn feeding program.
Grass Seed
- Scotts Pure Premium Grass Seed (Sun & Shade)
- Spring and fall are the best time to plant.
- Seed germinates best when temperatures are consitently 15°- 26°C (60°- 80°F).
- Early spring planting generally results in better establishment than late spring.
Lawn Soil
- Scotts Lawn Soil 0.08-0.03-0.02
- Improves grass seed germination by creating an excellent environment to grow a thick, beautiful lawn.
Late Spring - (May - June)
